Driving up on a single lane road with all that new snow just sent the anticipation level through the roof. When we drove back through the Diamond parking lot at the end of the day it looked like some bold lines went down on Saturday.

I thought that some of the lines way over skiers left were pretty bold.
The chutes near Pap and convex rolls off ridges. It sure looked cool though.

Jimmy, glad you and your group had a great day. Everyone I ran into on the Diamond had a big smile on their face. Nothing like face shots before you even get out of the car!!!

These picks are from last Thursday. D-Rock and myself found faceshots galore. I was up in RMNP yesterday and was puke'n on and off all day.

We skied all the way up to the ridge splitting No Name (or Braddock Mad ) and Mahler and found really good coverage, unusual for that aspect. Then we skied Seven Utes, again finding deep snow and big smiles.

Enjoyed two amazing runs down from the ridge.

Milk those turns. I am a noodler.

Nice job. I can't wait to dial in that camera and get some better shots. Better snow would help too!

^^^ Pilotmurph: you should call that video "super-wind-buff-a-licious"

Video looks great - what are you shooting with?

It was soooo windy at the top. Wind was east-ish, which really screwed up our plans for that aspect. In the one clip you can see the wind ripping against the cornice in the wrong direction.
Camera is a Canon Vixia HF S10. Still trying to figure out how to use it.

Nice quality vid pilotmurph, did you and telejet9 lap it a bunch? Telejet9 got crazy legs. Today was warm and calm, not a cloud in the sky.

Your tracks from Sunday?? Looks like reptile skin!

Luc workin with what he has
