While we wait around for the flakes to fall, been thinking about a challenge for the resorts, just cuz...

Rules:
1) Tag the loading and unloading zone of every ski lift
2) No riding the lifts
3) Order of loading/unloading zones is up to you
4) Start and end at the same place
5) Don't ruin it for the rest of us
6) Post your recorded tracks and finish time

Whacha think?

MJ too or just WP.

Can you ride lifts back once you have finished the task?

Can you tag the lower stations first then upper?

Asking for a friend. Wink

MJ, WP, Eagle Wind...all of em. There are 24 listed on the website.

The task is finished when you get back to the spot you started. NO LIFTS!

And yes you can, in any order. Get a cluster at the bottom of MJ, cluster at the top of MJ etc...

This is a good idea! Been doing Zephyr for years. Somewhere around 40 minutes for the up. Just did Galloping Goose this morning......in trail shoes, ha! 2.5 minutes up and back. Do we need to show proof?

lol way to get after the Goose...A screen shot of tracks recorded with an app and the recorded time would be good proof.

A list of your lift order and time MIGHT suffice Smile

Excellent challenge.

I assume this is on foot? I was looking at the map and see a few hurdles to overcome. My vote is to start at the WP base and ascend the north end of the ski area and descent via one of the MJ chairs.

How does one not get kicked out by the bike police or other mountain workers?

Matt

It's a skinning/skiing challenge, but might have to turn into a mountain trail running challenge! Pray for snow.
